Descripción del título

Making excellent use of the documentary evidence, Exhibition Pavilions brings together 50 pavilions of varying origins and periods for this one last exhibition on paper. Presented here is the material necessary for rethinking and mentally reconstructing a number of buildings condemned from the very first to disappear. Works ranging across the whole century are presented, from the first moderns (Peter Behrens, Bruno Taut and Josef Hoffmann), via the masters of the Modern Movement (Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe, Walter Gropius and Alvar Aalto) and the great architects of the post-war period (A+P Smithson, BBPR, Max Bill and Charles & Ray Eames), to contemporary architects of international repute (Sverre Fehn, Álvaro Siza, Frei Otto, Renzo Piano and MVRDV). Moisés Puente (León, 1969) studied in the architecture schools of A Coruña, Rome and Barcelona, graduating from the latter. He currently works as an architect and editor in Barcelona
