The historical roots of the Cuban Revolution are based on Marti's thoughts. Educators have the honorable task of preparing future generations through an education and culture that allow reaching high goals for the construction of socialist society, today more than ever it is required to instill in young people the doctrines of the teacher. The present investigation: "Honor, honor "night of terror in Bayamo. Experience of an educational project, based on one of Marti's thoughts, and raises the link of the apostle's phrases with the rich history of the town and how the research and teaching-learning process instills in young people the need to delve into history. The objective lies in the proposal of a system of activities that contributes to the political-ideological preparation and encourages, through knowledge of the history of the town, patriotism among young people
La formación de valores tiene gran importancia en la educación básica general del estudiantado, aumentando el interés por su estudio, tal es el caso del proyecto: Martí me habla hoy porque soy la esperanza del mundo, que ejecuta la Universidad de Granma. No obstante, las insuficiencias en el proceso de formación de valores del estudiantado de la Escuela Secundaria Básica "Camilo Cienfuegos Gorriarán" en relación con el valor patriotismo, limita sus conocimientos y modos de actuación. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un sistema de actividades educativas para el fortalecimiento del patriotismo; se asume como sustento al apotegma martiano "Honrar, honra", los relatos de una "noche de terror en Bayamo" y la historia local. Los resultados tienen gran importancia, en la formación integral de la personalidad de cada estudiante, la labor formativa del profesorado, así como por la forma de dar tratamiento a las raíces históricas de la Revolución Cubana, que tiene su base en el ideario martiano. Además, de preparar al profesorado para cumplir la honrosa tarea de formar las futuras generaciones mediante una educación y cultura que permitan alcanzar elevadas metas para la construcción de la sociedad socialista y soberana, desde el valor del patriotismo
