Los orientadores educativos: unificación de su práctica mediante un modelo de orientación adaptado al siglo XX

This article postulates the need to reach a consensus on an orientation model adapted to a dynamic, changing and complex society. For this, a review of the scientific literature has been carried out and a workshop has been held with counselors at the primary and secondary levels, reviewing the current state in the different autonomous communities. A proposal has been prepared that allows for the professional and social recognition of the counselor in order to disseminate it to the educational community

En este artículo se postula la necesidad de consensuar un modelo de orientación adaptado a una sociedad dinámica, cambiante y compleja. Para ello se ha realizado una revisión de la literatura científica y se ha mantenido un taller con orientadores de niveles de primaria y secundaria revisando el estado actual en las distintas comunidades autónomas. Se ha elaborado una propuesta que permita el reconocimiento profesional y social del orientador con el fin de difundirla a la Comunidad educativa
