The purpose of this article is to analyze the different programming frameworks of European Funds, based on different Community legal regimes, in order to achieve complementary objectives among all of them. The monograph addresses the singularities of the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework, the Next Generation EU Instrument, through the additional allocation via REACT-EU resources such as the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism and, finally, the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework. Offering order and clarity, knowing the requirements to access the different funds and offering vehicles of public-private participation are the main objectives to be achieved. Likewise, a view from the Autonomous Community of Aragon is offered to each and every one of them
El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar los diferentes marcos de programación de Fondos Europeos, basados en regímenes jurídicos comunitarios distintos, a fin de lograr objetivos complementarios entre todos ellos. El monográfico aborda las singularidades del Marco Financiero Plurianual 2014-2020, el Instrumento Next Generation EU, a través de la asignación adicional vía recursos REACT-EU como el Mecanismo de Recuperación y Resiliencia y, finalmente, el Marco Financiero Plurianual 2021-2027. Ofrecer orden y claridad, conocer los requisitos para acceder a los diferentes fondos y ofrecer vehículos de participación público-privada son los principales objetivos a alcanzar. Asimismo, se ofrece una mirada desde la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón a todos y cada uno de ellos
