Acciones en defensa del medio ambiente en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga

Based on the question of whether popular and group actions are effective in protecting the environment in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, a study of the rulings was made between 2005 and 2009. In the investigation we determine the rights violated, the percentage of favorable judgments and verification, fulfilling the objectives. The study used primary sources by going to court offices and secondary sources in the literature on the subject, returning to the origin of these actions, then going by a comparison between them and concluding that they are effective but compliance with court orders is limited

Habiéndonos preguntado si las acciones populares y de grupo son eficaces para la defensa del ambiente en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, se realizó un estudio de los fallos entre 2005 y 2009. En la investigación logramos determinar los derechos vulnerados, el porcentaje de sentencias favorables y su verificación, cumpliendo con los objetivos. El estudio usó fuentes primarias acudiendo a los despachos judiciales y fuentes secundarias con la bibliografía relacionada con el tema, retomando el origen de estas acciones, pasando luego por un comparativo entre ellas, y concluyendo que son eficaces pero el cumplimiento de las órdenes judiciales es limitado
