In the process of training and growth of directives and reserves of the Cuban State in spite of what has been reached, insufficiencies in the corporations exist as it has happened in the Stainless Steel Company of Las Tunas among them stand: No enough training actions designed in the individual plans of the directives and reserves; a systematization in the training of the directives and reserves to improved their management is not accomplished; not all the directives paid enough attention to the training and growth of the reserves and the assembly of that reserve. This investigation took place within the territory that can be extended to other companies of the Industry Ministry, where as a problem was determined: Insufficiencies in the process of training and growth of directives and reserves, limit their objective incorporation to management positions. As objective, it was proposed the design of actions in a system structure for the preparation of the assembly of the young reserves for management positions, as the main cause of such insufficiencies. It was concluded that this practical and methodological outcome is pertinent to the detected necessities in the diagnose
En el proceso de preparación y superación de cuadros y reservas del Estado cubano a pesar de lo alcanzado, ha presentado insuficiencia en las organizaciones empresariales, como ha ocurrido en la Empresa de Aceros Inoxidables de Las Tunas entre las que se destacan, entre otras: Insuficientes acciones de preparación diseñadas en los planes individuales de los cuadros y reservas; no se logra una sistematización en la preparación de los cuados y reservas que les permitieran mejorar sugestión; no todos los cuadros prestaron atención suficiente a la preparación y superación de sus reservas y la cantera de esa reserva. Se acometió esta investigación, con alcance territorial, que puede ser extendida a otras empresas del Ministerio de Industria, donde se determinó como problema: Insuficiencias en el proceso de preparación y superación de cuadros y reservas, limitaron su incorporación objetiva a cargos de dirección, se propuso como objetivo diseñar acciones en forma de sistema para la preparación de la cantera de reserva joven a cargos de dirección, como causa fundamental de dichas insuficiencias. Se concluyó que este resultado práctico metodológico es pertinente a las necesidades detectadas en el diagnóstico
