The present work analyzes the problem that our country has been dragging for many years and is of the normative hyperregulation with the serious inconveniences and costs that this entails. The study of Title VI of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure, in particular the principles of good regulation as a backbone that should inspire the process of regulatory development, is addressed. The creation and development of the Office of Coordination and Normative Quality is analyzed and some proposals are outlined to deepen in the improvement of quality of the norms
El presente trabajo analiza el problema que nuestro país viene arrastrando desde hace muchos años y es de la hiperregulación normativa con los graves inconvenientes y costes que ello acarrea. Se aborda el estudio del Título VI de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común, en concreto los principios de buena regulación como eje vertebral que debe inspirar el proceso de elaboración normativa. Se analiza la creación y desarrollo de la Oficina de Coordinación y Calidad Normativa y se esbozan algunas propuestas para ahondar en la mejora de calidad de las normas
