Antiguos y nuevos procesos de configuración de las áreas peri urbanas en el Gran San Miguel de Tucumán

This article tries to outline the characteristics of the recent process of growth of an intermediate city of the Argentina Republic, realizing the most significant transformations that occurred in the urban expansion of particle board The article refers specifically to the areas of expansion of the city, because these are in the areas of stronger spatial dynamics, especially from the ' 90s. These areas of expansion, by the availability of data, are directly related to the various components of the chipboard

En este artículo se intenta reseñar las características del proceso reciente de crecimiento de una ciudad intermedia de la República Argentina, dando cuenta de las transformaciones más significativas ocurridas en cuanto a la expansión urbana del aglomerado. El artículo se refiere específicamente a las áreas de expansión de la ciudad, por cuanto éstas se constituyen en las zonas de dinámica espacial más fuerte, especialmente a partir de los '90. Estas áreas de expansión, por la disponibilidad de datos, se relacionan directamente con los distintos componentes del aglomerado
