The investigative work was carried out in the company Joya de Nicaragua, S.A. It aimed at evaluating the "Implementation of the integrated manufacturing system in the productive processes in the tobacco company Joya de Nicaragua, S.A. during the year 2018". Based on the research problem and the proposed objectives, the approach is qualitatively causal correlations. It is a study of explanatory scope because it focuses on studying the relationship of the implementation of the integrated manufacturing system in the productive processes, and from them to strengthen the business strategies. The research used theoretical and practical methods to develop instruments to compile all the timely information; these were interview guide, documentary review guide, observation guide, and focal groups. One of the findings was that the production processes are under the characteristics of batch processes during which lean manufacturing techniques such as Quality control, six sigmas, internal control matrix system, Productivity improvement, and Deming cycle are implemented. In this study, it is concluded that to achieve the effectiveness of the integrated manufacturing system, and it is necessary to strengthen internal administrative control. It is also vital to implement the strategy proposal plan, based on the strategies of functions and strategies that will guarantee the documentation of all the information that is generated in the production processes, attending to the high management to have more detail of all the information that will allow the decision making
El trabajo investigativo elaborado en la empresa Joya de Nicaragua, S.A., se llevó a cabo con el propósito de valorar la "Implementación del sistema integrado de manufactura en los procesos productivos en la empresa Tabacalera Joya de Nicaragua, S.A. durante el año 2018". En base al problema de investigación y los objetivos propuestos, el enfoque es cualitativo de tipo correlaciones causales. Es un estudio de alcance explicativo porque se centra en estudiar la relación de la implementación del sistema integrado de manufactura en los procesos productivos, y a partir de ellos fortalecer las estrategias empresariales. En la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos y prácticos para elaborar instrumentos que permitieran recopilar toda la información oportuna, estos fueron: guía de entrevista, guía de revisión documental, guía de observación y grupos focales. Donde se logra identificar que los procesos productivos están bajo las características de procesos por lotes, y a lo largo de ellos se implementan parcialmente técnicas de manufactura esbelta como: control de calidad, seis sigma, sistema matricial de control interno, mejoramiento de la productividad y ciclo de Deming. Concluyendo este estudio, que para lograr la efectividad del sistema integrado de manufactura, es necesario fortalecer el control interno administrativo e implementar el plan de propuesta de estrategia, basado en las estrategias de funciones y estrategias corporativas, que garantizara la documentación de toda la información que se genera en los procesos productivos, asistiendo a la alta gerencia para tener más detalle de toda la información que le permitirá la toma de decisiones
