Aproximación al concepto de genealogía en Nietzsche y Foucault

This paper aims to analyze both Friedrich Nietzsche's and Michel Foucault's concepts of genealogy, whose importance is undeniable within the works of each of the two authors. The first part of this work proposes an approach to Nietzsche's Genealogy of Morality by considering the notion of genealogy as the main key to its reading. The second part takes into account the three levels - the epistemological, the historical and the critical one - on which Michel Foucault's reception and systemization of the same concept take place. This reveals a few elements which are important to the construction of a comparative study between the two authors and their respective philosophical thoughts

El artículo propone una aproximación al análisis del concepto de genealogía en el pensamiento de Friedrich Nietzsche y Michel Foucault, de importancia crucial en las obras filosóficas de ambos autores. En su primera parte, el trabajo recorre el texto de La genealogía de la moral tomando la noción de genealogía como clave primordial de lectura. La segunda parte da cuenta de los tres planos (epistemológico, histórico, crítico) en los que tiene lugar la recepción y sistematización foucaultiana de dicho concepto, y destaca algunos elementos relevantes para la elaboración de un estudio comparativo entre ambos autores
