The present study developed with students from 6ª degree (7º year) of basic education, considers activities/interventions that can precede environment studies and environmental education (EE). The proposal configures as strategy that makes possible more interaction with the environment and an evident construction of relations between the scientific knowledge and the world. The methodological referential research-action is adopted by the researchers, and allows concept and development of activities/interventions stages. The unit of conservation environment was considered as natural scene in opposite to the urban, artificial environment
O presente estudo propõe atividades/intervenções desenvolvidas com crianças da 6ª série (7º ano) do Ensino Fundamental, que podem preceder estudos de meio e educação ambiental (EA). A proposta se configura como uma estratégia que possibilita uma interação maior com o meio ambiente e uma construção mais evidente de relações entre o conhecimento científico e o mundo. O referencial da pesquisa-ação foi adotado pelas pesquisadoras, e auxiliou na condução das etapas propostas e desenvolvimento das atividades/intervenções.
