In September 2015, Juana Ahumada, Administration and Finance Manager, participates in a board meeting of the Interurban Public Transport Company of Passengers "Buses Mucho Humo", to address the deep decrease in the sales level of the last quarters. After dealing with hiring and disengagement, he was asked to analyze the feasibility and feasibility of training some of the staff, a task that is derived to the head of HR (the reader of the case). En septiembre del 2015, Juana Ahumada, Gerente de Administración y Finanzas, participa en una reunión de directorio de la Empresa de Transporte Público Interurbano Terrestre de Pasajeros "Buses Mucho Humo", para tratar la profunda disminución del nivel de ventas de los últimos trimestres. Después de tratar contrataciones y desvinculaciones, se le encomendó analizar la viabilidad y factibilidad de capacitar a parte del personal, tarea que se deriva al jefe de RRHH (el lector del Caso). La idea del caso es ofrecer a los estudiantes del ámbito de las ciencias administrativas y sociales, una experiencia académica y de formación práctica
