At the present time so that the science and the technology is a factor of success in the society you it requires a bigger yield of the knowledge, fundamentally in the area of production and the services. For such a reason makes sure that the competitive advantage more important for an individual or organization resides in the knowledge and knowledge to make. To achieve this zeal it is necessary that the relationship university / company is effective, that the logistical process guarantees the investigative tasks and that the clients, so much interns as external, manifest satisfaction with the received technical scientific service. In the search of new alternatives to achieve a good use of those technological resources, it has also played an excellent paper the Technologies of the Computer science and the Communications (TIC) that have allowed, among many other results, to give solution to the design problems that present the mechanical devices of scaffolds and air conditioning teams
En la actualidad para que la ciencia y la tecnología sea un factor de éxito en la sociedad se requiere un mayor rendimiento del conocimiento, fundamentalmente en el área de producción y los servicios. Por tal razón se asegura que la ventaja competitiva más importante para un individuo u organización radica en el saber y saber hacer. Para lograr este empeño es necesario que la relación universidad / empresa sea efectiva, que el proceso logístico garantice las tareas investigativas y que los clientes, tanto internos como externos, manifiesten satisfacción con el servicio científico técnico recibido. En la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas para lograr un óptimo aprovechamiento de los recursos tecnológicos, también ha jugado un papel relevante las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones (TIC) que han permitido, entre muchos otros resultados, dar solución a los problemas de diseño que presentan los dispositivos mecánicos de andamios y equipos de climatización. Cuando se aplican tecnologías que favorecen la gestión eficiente de la energía en una empresa, la evaluación objetiva de los proyectos de inversión, el proceso de alojamiento de un hotel y el diseño de hornos para calentar el aire, también se está contribuyendo al uso y apropiación del conocimiento
