As a Reflexive Investigation of Web Engineering about Accessibility of Disability people for the Doctorate in Software Engineering with UPSAM. According to The OMS, more than 400 millions are Disability people and according to DANE, there are more than two millions in Colombia. This is the reason of sensitization so that Web's designers build pages for all people. It is investigated the standards WAI, with WCAG of the W3C, published guidelines since May 5 of 1999 which have 14 rules for "WEB 1,0" and later drafts which are been in approval for the "Web 2.0" are used as reference for the Web Engineering

En este trabajo. Investigación Reflexiva de Ingeniería Web sobre Accesibilidad de Discapacitados para el Doctorado Ingeniería del Software con la UPSAM. Según La OMS, más de 400 millones de personas en el mundo son discapacitados y según el DANE, en Colombia viven más de dos millones. Motivo de sensibilización para que los diseñadores Web construyan páginas para todos. Se investigan los estándares de la WAI, con las WCAG de la W3C. Directrices publicadas desde mayo 5 de 1999 con 14 pautas para la WEB1,0 y posteriores borradores en aprobación para la Web2.0 son una buena referencia para la Ingeniería Web
