Se presenta la técnica PERT/CPM de la ciencia administrativa, que ayuda a comprobar y controlar aquellos proyectos que involucran muchas tareas interrelacionadas, mediante la resolución de un problema de la administración de proyectos con la ayuda de la hoja electrónica Excel, además, se realiza un análisis de sus beneficios. También se aplica la técnica PERT/Costos en el control de los costos del proyecto, Nassir Sapag Chain (2001) es una guía especial en este tema
