The present investigation analyzes the temporal-space variation of the land use conflictin the wetlands Meandro del Say and Santa Maria del Lago in Bogota - Colombia.The work contains an identification of the soils uses having as reference the Plans ofEnviromental Handling [PMA] of study areas. Furthermore, a recognition in field anda diagnosis from the perspective of relevant actors of the area. The cartography wasconstructed taking into account the tele observation that examine the transformationin the periods 1998-2016, the information was systematized by the software ArcGis 10.3. Based on the outcomes there are visualize scenarios in retrospective of populationdensity, property density and variation in floor uses. The results show substantialchanges, since the occupation of the territory reached a conflict of almost 63% of theentire area of the above mentioned wetlands. Likewise, this investigation contributesinformation of great interest in the construction of spatial indicators to reach the bestpractices for sustainable development
En el presente trabajo se analizan los cambios espacio-temporales ocurridos en losusos de suelo, en especial las áreas de conflicto, de los humedales Meandro del Say ySanta María del Lago en Bogotá-Colombia. En primer lugar, se identifica los principalesusos del suelo teniendo como referencia los Planes de Manejo Ambiental (PMA). Acontinucación, se realiza el reconomiento en campo de las áreas identificadas, y serealiza un diagnóstico según los actores más relevantes de la zona. Posteriormente, seanalizan las transformaciones ocurridas en los usos del suelo, a partir de la cartografíarealizada con los principios de la teleobservación. Por último, toda la informaciónrecopilada es sistematiza, lo que permite relacionarla con escenarios en retrospectiva.Los resultados del trabajo muestran cambios sustanciales en los usos del suelo, enespecial, las áreas agrícolas han perdido terreno a favor de las zonas industriales
