The conservation of small minority of farm animals breeds is one of the main problems of animal husbandry. The aim of the research is to characterize the current state of camel husbandry, to find the ways of saving and increasing the livestock of mongolian bactrian camels of the Republic of Tyva. The work includes the analysis of the livestock number dynamics and brief characteristics of productive camel husbandry.
