It is not an aim of this work the isolated report of two connected texts (El principio monárquico, Herrero de Miñón, 1972; Constitución Española, 1978). It is not either to produce a philological analysis of them, even it is indispensable. The texts are actually an essential pretext for every appropiate philosophical exercise. The paper performs a political critic, constructed in a republican perspective according to the concerns of the present vindicating some evaded rights

La noticia de los textos de que se trata (El principio monárquico, Herrero de Miñon, 1972; Constitución Española, 1978) no es un fin en sí mismo. No es una filología tampoco lo que se pretende, si bien es primeramente indispensable. Los textos son en verdad un pretexto, uno ciertamente inexcusable (como toda material real sobre la cual operar) para la filosofía. Se procura una crítica política en atención a derechos.
