La peregrinación a Montserrat en los siglos XII y XIII. Génesis de una cultura devocional mariana

The well-known index of donations to the Virgin of Montserrat that happened from the second half of the 12th century testifies the proliferation of the worship to Maria and the development of a local pilgrimage that was externalized in the future centuries. This work compiles and checks the documentary testimonies of the 12th and 13th century with the aim to value Montserrat's role as a regional pilgrimage center and its condition of stage in the Jacobean route

El notorio elenco de donaciones a la Virgen de Montserrat acaecidas a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XII atestiguan la proliferación del culto a María y el desarrollo de un peregrinaje local que se externalizó en los siglos venideros.
