Most of the work of Osvaldo Lamborghini (Buenos Aires, 1940 - Barcelona, 1984) was published posthumously. César Aira, friend, executor, transcriber and compiler, did the work. In 2008, the biography of Lamborghini was published, a monumental work by Ricardo Strafacce. This article analyzes the relationships between Aira's reading of Lamborghini and the establishment of the final text. The hypothesis holds that the set of texts that Aira wrote about this work, two essays and six paratexts, operate as an implicit foundation for the decisions made as a transcriber and compiler. This hypothesis is also supported by Lamborghini's biography, whose fixation of the writer's life story works as a complement to the stabilization of the complete work
La mayor parte de la obra de Osvaldo Lamborghini (Buenos Aires, 1940 - Barcelona, 1985) fue editada de manera póstuma. César Aira, amigo, albacea, transcriptor y compilador, llevó adelante la tarea. En 2008, se publicó la biografía de Lamborghini, monumental trabajo realizado por Ricardo Strafacce. Este artículo analiza las relaciones entre la lectura que Aira realiza de Lamborghini y el establecimiento del texto final. La hipótesis sostiene que el conjunto de textos que Aira escribió sobre esta obra, dos ensayos y seis paratextos, operan como una fundamentación implícita de las decisiones tomadas como transcriptor y compilador. Esta hipótesis se apoya, además, en la biografía de Lamborghini, cuya fijación de la historia de la vida del escritor funciona como complemento de la estabilización de la obra completa
