Análisis de datos textuales: una primera aproximación

This article presents some conceptual scopes that serve as criteria when choosing a specific strategy for the analysis of textual data. Specifically, a taxonomy is proposed for the different methodological alternatives existing in the analysis of this type of qualitative data. This taxonomy has three levels: the statistical analysis of textual data, the interpretative approach to the analysis of its content and the analysis of discourse. The taxonomy is a contribution to the systematization of the diverse proposals of textual data analysis and an orientation for its practical application

En este artículo se exponen algunos alcances conceptuales que sirvan como criterios al momento de elegir una estrategia específica para el análisis de datos textuales. En concreto, se propone una taxonomía para las distintas alternativas metodológicas existentes en el análisis de este tipo de datos cualitativos. Esta taxonomía presenta tres niveles: el análisis estadístico de datos textuales, la aproximación interpretativa al análisis de su contenido y el análisis del discurso. La taxonomía es un aporte a la sistematización de las diversas propuestas de análisis de datos textuales y una orientación para su aplicación práctica
