La movilidad un aspecto relacionado al progreso de las ciudades, elemento importante para proyectar el desarrollo tanto urbanístico como comercial y social de todos los pueblos del mundo, materia de constantes cambios en relación a la dinámica de crecimiento de las ciudades, la movilidad en la que el transporte es un nodo esencial considérese el transporte de personas así como de carga, precisamente estas variables marcan el desarrollo sostenible de las urbes en expansión, en los países desarrollados estas variables han estado sometidas a constantes estudios para ofrecer un servicio de calidad acorde a las necesidades de sus usuarios que van de la mano con el desarrollo de las mismas, en los países en desarrollo como es Ecuador se hace necesario tomar estas investigaciones relacionadas a la movilidad ya que de acuerdo a estudios realizados es un problema aun sin solución lo que impide el crecimiento sostenido de las ciudades, el caos vehicular existente nos demuestran que la solución está muy lejos ante este problema, este caos vehicular van de la mano con las pérdidas económicas que ocasiona el retraso en tiempos de llegada y la entrega de materia prima en la cadena logística a las empresas productoras así como de servicios en general, en tal virtud esta investigación pretende exponer las medidas tomadas en Neuchatel cuidad perteneciente al país de Suiza, país referente en movilidad. Esta investigación tendrá el análisis de las variables transporte y logística entiéndase transporte como movilidad humana y logística como transporte de carga. De igual manera daremos una breve reseña de la ciudad esto es historia, turismo, ubicación geográfica, número de habitantes, modos de transporte, situación política, elementos importantes para poder comprender el éxito en la movilidad motivo de este trabajo investigativo. En transporte daremos a conocer las medidas tomadas para transformar la movilidad que dicho sea de paso tardo décadas hasta que del resultado que hoy vemos
