The objective of this scientific article is to analyze, through different studies, the causes of the increase in environmental pollution, as well as the problems in the health of people and harmful effects to the environment due to vehicles that use fuels derived from the oil, as well as the causes that many of the vehicles that circulate in Ecuador and most countries in Latin America do not comply with the operating norms, perform an analysis of the health consequences of excess pollution in the air we breathe , making an ethical and moral analysis about the behavior and the decisions that the authorities that are in charge of these regulatory institutions have taken and should take, looking for a solution to avoid contaminating the habitat where we coexist with different species and make the change aware in our thoughts of our own benefit and using ethics to survive as a society without affecting others with our actions; with this study to make an analysis of what are the possible solutions to excess pollution and the responsibility that each person has according to their profession. Environmental ethics calls us taking care of the environment because not only are we who inhabit this planet, as well as the damage that people do not perform their actions with moral and ethical, performing their acts at their convenience and for their own benefit. benefit of the place where it has been placed so that it fulfills its function honestly, to generate environmental awareness so that the damage that is generated in the cities is seen not only to the people but to the public patrimony since every object or being that is exposed to the particles of vehicle smoke suffer unfavorable effects, look for a solution that does not affect people who must necessarily use vehicles or those who use vehicles as a means of work and raise awareness of those who do not urgently need the use by giving them a viable solution. El objetivo de este articulo científico es analizar a través de diferentes estudios, las causas del incremento de contaminación ambiental, así como los problemas en la salud de las personas y efectos dañinos al medio ambiente debido a los vehículos que usan en su totalidad combustibles derivados del petróleo, así como las causas de que muchos de los automotores que circulan en Ecuador y la mayoría de países en Latino América no cumplan con las normas de funcionamiento, realizar un análisis de las consecuencias a la salud del exceso de contaminación en el aire que respiramos, haciendo un análisis ético y moral sobre el comportamiento y decisiones que deben tomar las autoridades que se encuentran al mando de estas instituciones reguladoras, buscando así una solución para evitar seguir contaminando el hábitat donde coexistimos con distintas especies y concienciar al cambio en nuestros pensamientos de beneficio propio y usar la ética para poder subsistir como sociedad sin afectar a los demás con nuestras acciones; con este estudio hacer un análisis de cuáles son las posibles soluciones al exceso de contaminación y la responsabilidad que tiene cada persona de acuerdo a su profesión. La ética ambiental nos llama cuidar el medio ambiente debido a que no solo somos nosotros quienes habitamos en este planeta, así como el daño que las personas que no realizan sus acciones con moral y ética, realizando sus actos a conveniencia y por beneficio propio queriendo sacar beneficio del lugar donde se lo a colocado para que cumpla con su función honestamente, generar conciencia medio ambiental para que se vea el daño que se genera en las ciudades no solo a las personas sino a los patrimonio públicos ya que todo objeto o ser que este expuesto a las partículas del humo de los vehículos sufre efectos desfavorables, buscar una solución que no afecte a las personas que necesariamente deben utilizar vehículos o a los que usan los vehículos como medio de trabajo y concienciar a los que no ne
