The present work creates the topic as a product of the pandemic that is experienced in the world, through this topic it is intended to assess the correct application of the principles in administrative procedures. In the administrative procedure, a series of principles are applied that serve as a guarantee or ensure the management of the processing in the processing of the file. These principles arise from various legal norms that make up the legal system. These principles are derived from the various legal norms that constitute the legal system. The administrative actions of the procedure will be based on the principles of economy, speed, efficiency, legitimacy, publicity and good faith, decentralization, deconcentration, coordination, cooperation, efficiency. The objective is to verify in Ecuador the principle of speed is applied correctly and efficiently in administrative matters. The methodology used in this study project was carried out within the following types of research: Descriptive, Evaluative and Bibliographic
El presente trabajo se crea el tema como producto de la pandemia que se vive en el mundo, a través de este tema se pretende valorar la correcta aplicación de los principios en procedimientos administrativos. En el procedimiento administrativo se aplican una serie de principios que sirven de garantía o aseguran la gestión del procesamiento en la tramitación del expediente. Dichos principios surgen de diversas normas jurídicas que integran el sistema jurídico. Estos principios se derivan de las diversas normas legales que constituyen el ordenamiento jurídico. Las acciones administrativas del procedimiento se basarán en los principios de economía, celeridad, eficiencia, legitimidad, publicidad y buena fe, descentralización, desconcentración, coordinación, cooperación, eficiencia. El objetivo es verificar en el Ecuador se aplica correctamente y de forma eficiente el principio de celeridad en materia administrativa.La metodología empleada el presente proyecto de estudio se realizó dentro de los siguientes tipos de investigación: Descriptiva, Valorativa y Bibliográfica
