The presence of a divergence between the real distribution of seats by electoral districts and the theoretical distribution in function of the population, it is known in the literature as Malapportionment. Its presence is a constant in the majority of the systems of democratic representation where the distribution of seats of a parliament bases in the distribution in function of the designated electoral districts. In this work we have analysed the different degrees of presence of Mal-apportionment in the different autonomic parliaments of the Kingdom of Spain and which would have to be the optimum distribution that minimised it
La presencia de una divergencia entre la distribución real de escaños por circunscripciones electorales y la distribución teórica en función de la población, se conoce en la literatura como "mal-apportionment". Su presencia es una constante en la mayoría de los sistemas de representación democráticos donde la distribución de escaños de un parlamento se basa en el reparto en función de los denominados distritos electorales. En este trabajo hemos analizado cuáles son los diferentes grados de presencia de "mal-apportionment" en los diferentes parlamentos autonómicos del Estado Español y cuál debería ser el reparto óptimo que minimizase su presencia
