In this paper, we have started from the general consideration of the city as a laboratory for experimentation, a space for negotiation and constant transformation that allows us to reflect on possible processes of cultural innovation that are emerging today out of collective proposals to transform the territory, partly linked to a municipalism with aspirations of institutionalization. Our hypothesis is that, through the activation of areas of opportunity for social transformation (both conceptual and physical), the creation of trust and deliberation communities is produced through the sharing of analysis, decision making and action processes, activating learning processes of active citizenship
En este texto, partimos de la consideración general de la ciudad como laboratorio de experimentación, espacio de negociación y transformación constante que nos permite reflexionar sobre los posibles procesos de innovación cultural que hoy en día están emergiendo a partir de propuestas colectivas de transformación del territorio, en parte vinculadas a un municipalismo con aspiraciones de institucionalización. Nuestra hipótesis es que, a través de la activación de espacios de oportunidad para la transformación social, espacios tanto conceptuales como físicos, se produce la creación de comunidades de confianza y deliberación que, mediante un proceso conjunto de análisis, toma de decisiones y acción, activan procesos de aprendizaje de una ciudadanía activa
