Violence against women in the context of a partner is a serious structural social problem that has persisted over time and involves profound human rights violations. To reveal the different ways in which violence manifests itself within relationships, 1,168 sentences were collected in 41 WC of a university institution. These manifestations were classified qualitatively according to the different types of violence (physical, psychological, sexual and economic) and through a critical and hermeneutic analysis of the postulates from the Gender Perspective and the Rights Perspective it was possible to find that an intimate partner violence is based on gender stereotypes, hidden behind various forms, and is justified by hetero-patriarchal cultural patterns and is deeply rooted and normalized within the culture to the extent that human rights expressly protected by law are violated
La violencia contra las mujeres en el contexto de pareja constituye una grave problemática social de carácter estructural que se ha mantenido a través del tiempo y que implica profundas vulneraciones a los Derechos Humanos. Con el objetivo de develar las distintas formas en que se manifiestan las violencias dentro de las relaciones de pareja, se recolectaron 1.168 frases sobre las mismas en 41 baños de una institución universitaria. Estas manifestaciones se clasificaron cualitativamente según las diversas tipologías de violencia (física, psicológica, sexual, y económica) y, mediante un análisis crítico y hermenéutico desde los postulados de la Perspectiva de Género y la Perspectiva de Derechos, se logró hallar que la violencia de pareja se sustenta en estereotipos de género, se oculta tras diversas formas, se justifica mediante patrones culturales hetero-patriarcales y se encuentra profundamente arraigada y normalizada dentro de la cultura, a tal punto que vulneran Derechos Humanos expresamente protegidos por la ley
