Adaptación de Puestos Labor...
The study analyzes the feasibility and potential of adapting to mixed teleworking for the positions of secretary and legal analyst at the Technical University of Manabi, in order to improve their working conditions and efficiency in their performance. The methodology is based on a Systematic Literature Review of 52 documents and a documentary analysis of 16 labor regulations. The results identify key tasks suitable for remote work and highlight the importance of technical and behavioral skills, such as mastery of computer tools, customer service and teamwork. It also establishes essential relationships in the definitions of telework and reveals epistemological gaps that need to be addressed. It is concluded that the proposal of adaptation to mixed telework for the positions of secretary and legal analyst seeks to improve working conditions and efficiency in the performance of these occupations
En el estudio se analiza la viabilidad y potencialidades de la adaptación al teletrabajo mixto para los puestos de secretaría y analista jurídico en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, con el fin de mejorar sus condiciones laborales y la eficiencia en su desempeño. La metodología se basa en una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura de 52 documentos y un análisis documental de 16 normativas laborales. Como resultados se identifica tareas claves adecuadas para el trabajo remoto y se destaca la importancia de habilidades técnicas y conductuales, como el dominio de herramientas informáticas, la atención al cliente y el trabajo en equipo. También se establecen relaciones esenciales en las definiciones del teletrabajo y se revela vacíos epistemológicos necesarios atender. Se concluye que la propuesta de adaptación al teletrabajo mixto para los puestos de secretaría y analista jurídico busca mejorar las condiciones laborales y la eficiencia en el desempeño de estas ocupaciones
