In the present work we will carry out an exhaustive analysis of the joint custody re-gime in the Spanish legal system. To do this, we will begin by introducing how this model came to appear in our country, as well as its evolution up to the present. Evolution that will be followed by numerous reforms, in addition to important rulings such as the dec-laration of unconstitutionality by the regime. Finally, and gradually approaching reality, we will project the most important sentences on joint custody, addressing various ap-proaches to it
En el presente estudio realizaremos un análisis exhaustivo del régimen de custodia compartida en el sistema español. Para ello comenzaremos introduciendo cómo llego a aparecer este modelo en nuestro país, así como la evolución hasta la actualidad. Evolución que se verá procedida por numerosas reformas, además de importantes sentencias como la declaración de inconstitucionalidad de parte del régimen. Finalmente, y acercándonos de forma paulatina a la realidad, proyectaremos las más importantes sentencias sobre la custodia compartida abordando diversos enfoques sobre el mismo
