Ações extensionistas realizadas pelos alunos do curso de fisioterapia no atendimento e promoção de saúde aos pacientes neurológicos e seus cuidadores durante a pandemia de Covid-19

Objective: to describe the experience of carrying out extension actions in neurological rehabilitation, prevention of comorbidities and guidance to the patient and caregiver/family member, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: experience report of the extension project from April 2020 to September 2021, with the participation of patients treated at SUS, through the CISNORPI/UENP agreement, covering 22 neighboring municipalities of Jacarezinho-PR and approximately 14 students and 4 professors of the physiotherapy at UENP. Results: 145 publications on FisioLar's social networks, 349 followers on Instagram and 451 likes on Facebook. In addition, 18 patients were assisted in telemarketing, totaling 35 booklets and 20 online sessions (2 to 3 sessions per patient) and 4 patients in person. Conclusion: Assistance to neurological patients at the UENP Physiotherapy clinic, through teleservice, social networks and face-to-face care, maintaining the gene-ral clinical picture, and enabling the training of students in the performance of Neurofunctional Physiotherapy online and in person

Objetivo: descrever a experiência da realização de ações extensionistas na reabilitação neurológica, prevenção de comorbidades e orientação ao paciente e cuidador/ familiar, durante a pandemia. Métodos: relato de experiência de um projeto de extensão de abril de 2020 à setembro de 2021, com a participação de pacientes atendido no SUS, pelo convênio CISNORPI/UENP, abrangendo 22 municípios vizinhos de Jacarezinho-PR e aproximadamente 14 discente e 4 docentes do curso de fisioterapia da UENP. Resultados: 145 publicações nas redes sociais do FisioLar, 349 seguidores no Instagram e 451 curtidas no facebook. Houve 18 pacientes atendidos no teleatendimento, totalizando 35 cartilhas e 20 sessões online, com 2 a 3 sessões por paciente e 4 pacientes no presencial. Conclusão: possibilitou assistência aos pacientes neurológicos da clínica de Fisioterapia da UENP, no teleatendimento, redes sociais e atendimento presencial, mantendo o quadro clínico geral, e possibilitando capacitação dos discentes na atuação de Fisioterapia Neurofuncional online e presencialmente
