This article aims to be a contribution to the article by R. Salas Astraín developed within the ECOS-Sud project around contextual justice. The issue will be addressed based on the definition of experiences of injustice developed by E. Renault, to delve deeper into the decolonial/intercultural critical device that is proposed, and then move towards some observations derived from the works of R. Kusch around the problems associated with the interpretation of experiences of injustice and their institutional projection

El presente artículo pretende ser un complemento al artículo de R. Salas Astraín desarrollado dentro del proyecto ECOS-Sud en torno a la justicia contextual. Se abordará la cuestión a partir de la definición de experiencias de injusticia desarrollado por E. Renault, para profundizar en el dispositivo crítico decolonial/intercultural que se propone, y luego avanzar hacia algunas observaciones derivadas de los trabajos de R. Kusch en torno a las problemáticas asociadas a la interpretación de las experiencias de injusticia y su proyección institucional
