The objective of the research is to analyze the socioeconomic situation of paid domestic workers in Barrio Central in the parish of Ximena del Cantón Guayaquil, Province of Guayas, during the last years, they have been one of the most vulnerable sectors, due to their labor rights they were not completed, the year 2008 is issued to the LAW OF COMPULSORY AFFILIATION where people are already talking about lending attention to the law of Ecuadorian citizenship. For what I have been able to carry out the investigation through interviews and surveys to verify the fulfillment of those previously sent by the Ecuadorian State, whether it has been favorable or not for them. The results determine the socioeconomic situation if they have been improved and domestic workers are paid and labor laws have been applied, but not all the times that the accounts in the Ecuadorian labor laws have been complied with, it is recommended that there be Greater control in this sector to reduce the information that contractors
La investigación tienen como objetivo general el análisis de la situación socioeconómica de las trabajadoras domésticas remuneradas Barrio Centenario en la parroquia Ximena del Cantón Guayaquil Provincia del Guayas, durante décadas han sido uno de los sectores vulnerables debido a que sus derechos laborales no eran cumplidos, en el año 2008 expiden la LEY DE AFILIACION OBLIGATORIA en donde ya hablan de sanciones para los empleadores que incumplan con la ley , además en el 2008 se fueron considerados como un empleado que debe percibir todos los beneficios que la Ley establezca. Por lo cual se realiza la investigación mediante entrevistas y encuestas para verificar el cumplimiento de los antes mandado por el Estado Ecuatoriano, si ha sido favorable o no para ellas. Los resultados determinan que la situación socioeconómica si ha mejorado de a las trabajadoras domésticas remuneradas y que las leyes laborales se están aplicado, pero no a todas ya que existe aún empleadores que no cumple con lo establecido en las leyes laborales Ecuatorianas, se recomienda que exista mayor control en este sector para disminuir la informalidad que las contratan
