This work tries to give account of one of the problematic archives, especially ending en the graphic historical and political repercussions of the finding and opening of sensitive files. Information and discussion - theoretical, methodological, and even epistemological - motivated the analysis and revision of this occurrence from the presentation of a repressive file of the dictatorship in Rawson, Chubut, the 24 of March, 2004. Following Derrida, we can say that all these files are established, conservative, revolutionary and traditional (Derrida, 1994: 6), but we, the ones who have worked with them, are the ones who can make sense of them, knowing that they are a privileged means for the strained analysis of differing remembrances. Now, does a democratized, repressive file, allow us to break with legacy and commitment? This is one of the challenges which we, who looked to contribute to the constitution of an historical truth, enable the western debate of Human Rights to be globalized
Este trabajo procura dar cuenta de la problemática de los archivos, pero especialmente deteniéndonos en las repercusiones historiográficas y políticas del hallazgo y apertura de archivos sensibles. La información y discusión teórica y metodológica, e incluso epistemológica, motivó el análisis y revisión de lo acontecido a partir de la presentación de un archivo represivo de la dictadura en Rawson, Chubut, el 24 de Marzo de 2004. Siguiendo a Derrida, podemos decir que todo archivo es instituyente y conservador, revolucionario y tradicional. (Derrida, 1994: 6), pero somos quienes trabajamos en ellos quienes podemos cargarlos de sentido, sabiendo que son vehículos privilegiados para el análisis tensional de distintas memorias. Ahora, un archivo represivo "democratizado" permite romper con la herencia y la garantía? Este es uno de los desafíos a los que nos enfrentamos quienes buscamos aportar a la constitución de una verdad histórica que permita que el discurso occidental de los Derechos Humanos, pueda ser globalizado
