In this moment the correct financial management make necessary to adopt by the professionals of the economy and the finance new values and attitudes, beside using new technologies and developing new and different management process. We are sure that the globalization, the ethics, the equanimity, the integration and the technology must be present in the decisions and actions that will develop the financial executives of the organizations of the 21st century. Opposite to the attitudes and the financial practices centred on the economic opulence, the egocentric process or on the exclusive local management, it is now necessary other experiences, other values and different actions in the finance area. The aim of the present work is to show some ideas that could be useful to the professionals to develop more efficiently the financial management of the organizations
En la actualidad la correcta dirección financiera de las empresas exige adoptar nuevos principios y actitudes por parte de los profesionales de la economía y de las finanzas, además de utilizar nuevas técnicas y desarrollar nuevas y diferentes prácticas de gestión. No nos cabe duda de que aspectos como la globalidad, la ética, la ecuanimidad, la integración y la tecnología deben estar presentes en las decisiones y actuaciones que desarrollen los directivos financieros de las organizaciones del siglo XXI. Frente a las actitudes y las prácticas financieras centradas en la opulencia económica, el egocentrismo o en el exclusivo carácter local de la gestión, entre tras muchas cosas, ahora se hace necesario facilitar otras experiencias, otros valores y diferentes comportamientos en el ámbito de las finanzas. El objetivo del presente trabajo es aportar algunas sugerencias que puedan ser de utilidad a los profesionales para desarrollar con más eficiencia la gestión financiera de las organizaciones para las que trabajan
