Hoy, hundimos el miedo of the colectivo LASTESIS was an intervention realized in Valparaíso, Chile, in October 2020. In it, women and dissidents from the sex-gender system participated in the symbolic funeral of the 1980 Constitution, days before the plebiscite that began the process of Constitutional Convention. The action consisted of a funeral procession that crossed the city from the hills to the sea, where the participants brought "constitutions" in the form of books, which through concepts or phrases evidenced "fears" constitutive of Chilean society with which they wanted to end. From political activism, using artistic languages and a collaborative methodology, the intervention becomes relevant to think about the 50 years of the "Coup d'état" since it was articulated as an exercise of memory, in which the continuity of an apparatus of power/knowledge colonial, entrenched in the formation of the modern Chilean nation-state and reinforced by the civil-military dictatorship, not only in its practices, but also in its Constitution. Based on this, the article analyzes the scenic strategies that allow us to propose this reading, highlighting the oppressions linked to coloniality that appear sedimented in the collective memory and that permeate the current Constitution
Hoy, hundimos el miedo del colectivo LASTESIS fue una intervención realizada en Valparaíso, Chile, en octubre de 2020. En ella mujeres y disidencias del sistema sexo-género participaron del funeral simbólico de la Constitución de 1980, días antes del plebiscito que inició el proceso de Convención Constitucional. La acción consistió en una procesión fúnebre que atravesó la ciudad de cerros a mar, donde l-s participantes llevaron "constituciones" en forma de libros, que por medio de conceptos o frases evidenciaban "miedos" constitutivos de la sociedad chilena con los que se quería acabar. Enmarcada en el activismo político, valiéndose de lenguajes artísticos y desde una metodología colaborativa, la intervención se vuelve relevante para pensar los 50 años del Golpe de Estado pues se articuló como un ejercicio de memoria, en el que se evidencia la continuidad de un dispositivo de poder colonial, afianzado en la conformación del Estado-nación moderno chileno y reforzado por la dictadura cívico-militar, no solo en sus prácticas, sino también en su Constitución. A partir de esto, el artículo analiza las estrategias escénicas que nos permiten proponer dicha lectura, relevando las opresiones ligadas a la colonialidad que aparecen sedimentadas en la memoria colectiva y que permean la Constitución actual
