Anno salutifere incarnationis. 1485 Printed at roughly the same time in 1485 as Ratdolt's editions of Firmin de Beauval, De mutatione aeris (ISTC if00191300) and Alcabitius (Abd al-Aziz Ibn Uthman), Libellus isagogicus (ISTC ia00363000), in the latter of which a blind impression (bearer impression) of type from this edition is found. The colophons of both of the other works (though not this one) include reference to the doge Giovanni Mocenigo, who died on 4 November 1485 Collation: 4to: 1-6p8(B 7p10(B [$4 (+7b5(B; -1b2(B, 2b2(B) signed]; 58 leaves, unnumbered (1b1(Br blank). The unusual numerical signatures are related to the simultaneous printing with the other two works as noted above, one signed with single letters ('a', etc.) and the other with doubled letters ('aa', etc.), to obviate accidental mixing of the sheets Printed in a single column, 32 lines per page, 148 x 100 mm. With large and small floriated woodcut capitals (Redgrave: set 2: P S T. Set 5: H L M N O P Q S V) 144 x 101 mm; roman 90 (text), gothic 76 (table of planets), gothic 65 (woodcut inscriptions in 1st work), gothic 56 (frontispiece inscriptions, and woodcuts in 2nd and 3rd works) ; woodcut initials occupying 5 or 11 lines Printed in roman type on paper with watermarks including a bull's head, and scales "In the Sacro Busto there are a number of diagrams not found in the original edition of 1482; the frontispiece and the diagrams in the other two tracts are from the blocks of the earlier edition, but seven of those in the Peurbach are partly printed with colours, olive, yellow-brown, andred occuring.
