The modern interpretation of the Antiquity is frequently located under the risk of commit mistakes over a historiographic basis, and one of the most important tasks of the historian is precisely to identify such mistakes taking account of the sources, with the purpose of to keep as faithfully as he can, the thought of a remote period. In her interesting opus El hombre y lo divino (1953), the philosopher María Zambrano discusses about the religious sense of the Ancient Period, and it has been our labour to comment and to rectify some of her assertions
La interpretación moderna de la Antigüedad se encuentra a veces sometida a errores de base historiográfica, y una de las tareas más importantes del historiador es precisamente identificar tales errores sobre la base de las fuentes escritas, con el fin de conservar de la manera más fiable posible el pensamiento de una época remota. En su interesante obra El hombre y lo divino (1953), la filósofa María Zambrano discute acerca del sentido religioso de la Antigüedad, y ha sido nuestra labor la de comentar y enmendar algunos de sus planteamientos
