Reincidencia de condenados ...
El presente trabajo evalúa en 29 penados del centro penitencia rio de Alicante -sometidos al Programa de Intervención Psicoeducativa en Seguridad Vial (PROSEVAL)- la reincidencia en los delitos de esta naturaleza durante los dos años posteriores a la finalización de dicho pro grama (2018-2020). El índice de reincidencia ha sido del 10,7%, funda mentalmente por delitos de conducción sin permiso y tras la ingesta de alcohol y drogas, registrándose esta tasa principalmente durante el primer año de seguimiento. Asimismo, se constata una escasa reincidencia en los participantes, que confirma la positiva incidencia de este tratamiento en la reducción de la criminalidad en el medio alternativo a la privación de libertad, especialmente en los delincuentes primarios
The present work evaluates in 29 inmates of the Alicante penitentiary centre -who underwent the Psychoeducational Intervention Program in Road Safety (PROSEVAL)- the recidivism in crimes of this nature during the two following years after the end of this program (2018- 2020). The rate of recidivism was 10.7%, occurring mainly at the end of the first year of intervention and for the offence of driving without a licence and after ingesting alcohol or drugs. Likewise, there is little recidivism among the participants, which confirms the positive incidence of this treatment in reducing crime in alternative to custody measures, especially in primary offenders
