Agent SocialMetric: herrami...
: Today many educational software using social networks, have emerged as computer programs made in order to cover the role of facilitators of the learning process. Seeking to deepen the relationship between teachers and students in the courtly context, we have developed a web tool called Agent SocialMetric (based on social networks and conversational agents, also known as chatbots) whose primary objective is to assist teachers, simplifying the analysis of the dynamics interactions between students. Teacher attendance is based on the agent providing the current status of the classroom, the prevailing social climate in the classroom both be in college and university with positive relationships and affective ties that are filed there. In this article we show the basis and motivations of the work, as well as a description of the methodology embedded in Agent SocialMetric and functionality of the virtual environment tool circumscribing the application in a real case study in the field of admission to the course university
Hoy en día, numerosos software educativos que utilizan las redes sociales, han surgido como programas de computación realizados con la finalidad de cubrir el rol de facilitadores del proceso de enseñanza. Intentando profundizar la relación entre los docentes y alumnos en el contexto áulico, se presenta en este artículo el desarrollo de una herramienta web denominada Agent SocialMetric, basada en el Análisis de Redes Sociales y Agentes Conversacionales (también llamados chatbots) cuyo objetivo primordial es la asistencia a los docentes, simplificando el análisis de las dinámicas de interacciones entre los alumnos. El agente Albert, que se encuentra embebido en la herramienta, brindará el estado actual del aula, el clima social predominante en el salón de clases tanto sea a nivel colegial como universitario junto con las relaciones positivas y los lazos afectivos que allí se entablan. En el presente artículo evidenciaremos los fundamentos y motivaciones del trabajo, como así también una descripción de la metodología base de Agent SocialMetric y las funcionalidades del entorno virtual de la herramienta circunscribiendo la aplicación en un caso práctico real en el ámbito del curso de ingreso a la universidad
