Administration is the social science that has as its object the study of organizations and the technique in charge of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the resources of an organization, in order to obtain the maximum possible benefit; This benefit can be social, economic, depending on the ends pursued by the organization. In the current Cuban context, it is essential to improve organizations with the aim of adapting them better and better to the socioeconomic changes that arise with the development of humanity. To achieve this, you must have a competent staff that is capable of conducting an in-depth analysis of the information obtained so that you can make the most effective decision. The research is applied in entities of the tourism sector of the territory of Espirituano, as this is one of the fundamental pillars of the Cuban economy and with greater incidence in the local development of the region. Decision making is part of our daily life, in our professional life we also make daily decisions that can mark our future in the company and the success or failure of an idea or project. The application of analysis will destroy the proposal of methods and tools that help managers to make their organization at the forefront in the sustainable development of our social system
La administración es la ciencia social que tiene por objeto el estudio de las organizaciones y la técnica encargada de la planificación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos de una organización, con el fin de obtener el máximo beneficio posible; este beneficio puede ser social, económico, dependiendo de los fines perseguidos por la organización. En el contexto cubano actual, se hace imprescindible perfeccionar las organizaciones con el objetivo de que se adapten cada vez mejor a los cambios socioeconómicos que surgen con el desarrollo de la humanidad. Para lograrlo se debe tener un personal competente, que sea capaz de realizar un profundo análisis de la información obtenida para que de esta manera se tome la decisión más efectiva. La investigación es aplicada en entidades del sector turístico del territorio espirituano, por ser este uno de los pilares fundamentales de la economía cubana y con mayor incidencia en el desarrollo local de la región. La toma de decisiones forma parte de nuestro diario vivir, en nuestra vida profesional también tomamos diariamente decisiones que pueden marcar nuestro futuro en la empresa y el éxito o fracaso de una idea o proyecto. La aplicación del análisis dará al traste con la propuesta de métodos y herramientas que ayude a los directivos a convertir su organización en vanguardia en el desarrollo sostenible de nuestro sistema social
