This article has as its guys of study student teachers of the Pedagogy course at Rede UNEB 2000 (University State of Bahia) in the city of Érico Cardoso/BA. One inquires if there were changes in the pedagogical practice of student teachers at Rede UNEB 2000 in Érico Cardoso, out of execution of pedagogical proposal offered by this in-service training course. Whenever there are no changes in the pedagogical practice of these student teachers, what are the reasons? Interviews were carried out and questionnaires were applied, seeking the views of student teachers about the course, according to the pedagogical practice before and after enrolling in Rede UNEB 2000. We analyzed the data based on authors researching initial and continued teacher education and who gave us theoretical support, such as Shön, García, Freire, Nóvoa, Sacristán, Perrenoud and others. We noticed that the Pedagogy course of Rede UNEB was determinant in changing the pedagogical practice of the researched teachers who have demonstrated an attitude which moves towards a critical, reflective practice addressed to action. We believe that we have succeeded, in analyzing the course, in raising relevant questions about the given training and its importance in the continued and in-service education of public school teachers
Este artigo tem como sujeitos de estudo os professores-alunos do curso de Pedagogia da Rede UNEB 2000 (Universidade do Estado da Bahia) da cidade de Érico Cardoso/BA. Indaga-se se ocorreram mudanças na prática pedagógica dos professores-alunos da Rede UNEB 2000 de Érico Cardoso, a partir da execução da proposta pedagógica oferecida por este curso de capacitação em serviço. Não havendo mudanças na prática pedagógica desses professores-alunos, quais os porquês da não mudança. Foram realizadas entrevistas e aplicados questionários, buscando a visão dos professores-alunos sobre o curso, em acordo com a prática pedagógica antes e após o ingresso na Rede UNEB 2000. Analisamos os dados a partir de autores que pesquisam a formação docente, inicial e continuada, que nos deram sustentação teórica, como: Schön, García, Freire, Nóvoa, Sacristán, Perrenoud e outros. Percebemos que o curso de Pedagogia da Rede UNEB foi determinante na mudança da prática pedagógica dos professores pesquisados que demonstraram ter uma atitude que caminha para uma prática crítica, reflexiva e de ação. Acreditamos ter conseguido, ao analisar o curso, levantar questionamentos relevantes sobre a formação dada, bem como apontar a importância deste na formação continuada e em serviço dos professores da rede pública de ensino
