The main objective of this document is to show how the changes that have occurred in the egg production industry have also brought great economic and cultural changes in the region of Tepatitlán and Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. The innovations that have taken place in oviculture production have also brought cultural changes in this region thanks to the fact that new production strategies have achieved new customs in daily life. One of the particular objectives is to show examples of how the culture of work and effort bears good results that benefit the community in which a new work culture applied in the oviculture industry is applied. The circumstantial scopes of this research are those that will occur from the implementation of new industrial methods, not artisanal, to increase the production in quantity and quality in the production of plate eggs. This new method is based on the indigenous creation, own, and innovative implementation of applied techniques to improve egg production. Thus, in the argumentation and development of this writing, it can be clearly seen that technological innovation will undoubtedly bring a chain of cultural changes that range from labor discipline to daily life at all levels in the regional context. Los Altos de Jalisco is an example of labor culture in the national context; however, we do not doubt that over time this region will become a paradigm of global oviculture production. There is valuable information in this document that, applied correctly, can be of great help to those who read it
El objetivo principal del presente documento es mostrar cómo los cambios que ha habido en la industria productora de huevo de plato también han traído grandes modificaciones económicas y culturales en la región de Tepatitlán y Los Altos de Jalisco, México. Las innovaciones que se han dado en la producción ovícola también han traído cambios culturales en dicha región gracias a que nuevas estrategias de producción han logrado nuevas costumbres en la vida cotidiana. Uno de los objetivos particulares es el mostrar ejemplos de cómo la cultura del trabajo y del esfuerzo da buenos frutos que benefician a la comunidad en la que se aplica una nueva cultura laboral aplicada en la industria ovícola. Los alcances circunstanciales de esta investigación son los que se van a dar a partir de la implementación nuevos métodos industriales, no artesanales, para elevar la producción en cantidad y calidad en la producción de huevo de plato. Este nuevo método parte de la creación autóctona, propia, e implementación innovadora de técnicas aplicadas para mejorar la producción de huevo. Así pues, en la argumentación y desarrollo de este escrito se podrá ver claramente que la innovación tecnológica, sin duda, traerá una cadena de cambios culturales que van desde la disciplina laboral hasta en la vida cotidiana en todos los niveles en el contexto regional. Los Altos de Jalisco es un ejemplo de cultura laboral en el contexto nacional, sin embargo, no dudamos que con el tiempo esta región se convierta en paradigma de producción ovícola mundial
