In recent years, the field of studies on the so-called Andean avant-garde has been strengthened. This has been due, mainly, to the academic attention for the works of Gamaliel Churata and the Titikaka Bulletin. The initial works of Ulises Juan Zevallos Aguilar, the contributions of Cynthia Vich and, recently, the contributions of Mauro Mamani and Alex Hurtado, provide a panorama to delve into the aesthetics and ideologies of the literature written from Cusco, Puno or Arequipa between the decades of 1920 and 1930

En los recientes años se ha fortalecido el campo de estudios sobre la llamada vanguardia andina. Esto se ha debido, principalmente, a la atención académica por las obras de Gamaliel Churata y el Boletín Titikaka. Los trabajos iniciales de Ulises Juan Zevallos Aguilar, los aportes de Cynthia Vich y, recientemente, las contribuciones de Mauro Mamani y Alex Hurtado, brindan un panorama para profundizar en las estéticas e ideologías de la literatura escrita desde Cusco, Puno o Arequipa entre las décadas de 1920 y 1930
