Management in job effectiveness aims to take on the task of being able to identify strategies and actions that help it to form an educational community through the application of specific tasks and operations, which allow them to achieve the objectives defined by the school. The objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the model used in directive management, determining the labor effectiveness of the teachers of a fiscal school in the marginal urban sector of the city of Guayaquil and to propose a management model that serves as a guide in the process. Where the survey based on the indicators shown by the Ministry of Education was used, to measure the standards of educational quality, in relation to the necessary actions of managers that refer to leadership, administrative management, pedagogical and organizational climate. Where the results indicated the lack of leadership and organizational performance by the managers of the tax institution of the city of Guayaquil
La gestión directiva en la efectividad laboral tiene como finalidad asumir la tarea de poder identificar las estrategias y acciones que le ayuden a formar una comunidad educativa mediante la aplicación de tareas y operaciones específicas, que les permitan alcanzar los objetivos definidos por la institución educativa. Planteándose como objetivo de este estudio realizar un análisis del modelo empleado en la gestión directiva determinando la efectividad laboral de los docentes de una escuela fiscal del sector urbano marginal de la ciudad de Guayaquil y proponer un modelo de gestión que sirva de guía en el proceso. Donde se empleó la encuesta fundamentada en los indicadores que manifiesta el Ministerio de Educación, para medir los estándares de calidad educativa, en relación con las acciones necesarias de los directivos que hacen referencia al liderazgo, gestión administrativa, pedagógica y clima organizacional. Donde los resultados indicaron las falencias en cuanto a liderazgo y desempeño organizacional por parte de los directivos de la institución fiscal de la ciudad de Guayaquil
