At present, the computerization of information plays a fundamental role in the development of the business sector. For this reason, the objective of this research is the development of a web application to achieve a greater degree of dissemination of information regarding the functions and services provided by the areas of the Information Technology and Communications Company of the Ministry of Agriculture in the Province of Ciego de Ávila. To achieve this objective, it was decided to use the Rational Unified Process methodology due to the advantages it offers, such as its extensive documentation and level of organization. The results achieved are reflected in an increase in the provision of services in said company, as well as in communication with customers
En la actualidad la informatización de la información juega un rol fundamental en el desarrollo del sector empresarial. Con tal motivo, el objetivo de la presente investigación es el desarrollo de una aplicación web para lograr un mayor grado de divulgación de la información referente a las funciones y servicios que brindan las áreas de la Empresa de Informática y Comunicaciones del Ministerio de la Agricultura en la Provincia de Ciego de Ávila. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo se decidió utilizar la metodología Rational Unified Process debido a las ventajas que brinda, tales como su amplia documentación y nivel de organización. Los resultados alcanzados se ven reflejados en un incremento en la prestación de servicios en dicha empresa, así como de la comunicación con los clientes
