"El testament" de Xavier Benguerel, una novela de fronteras

The aim of this article is to study structures based on the concept of the border in the novel Eltestament (1955) by the Catalan writer Xavier Benguerel. These structures form an important part of the narrative and discursive models used by the author. They can also be observed in different elements of the fictional universe, which, due to this component, acquire symbolic and psychological meanings. Our approach to Benguerel's novel refers to the principles of Mikhail Bakhtin's dialogism theory

El artículo examina un grupo de estructuras basadas en el concepto de frontera que se observan enlanovela Eltestament (1955) delescritor catalán Xavier Benguerel. Estas estructuras son parte integrante demodelos narrativos ydiscursivos utilizados por elautor; también se revelan en diferentes elementos del universo ficcional, que, gracias a su carácter fronterizo, pueden adquirir significados psicológicos osimbólicos.
