"Hasta lo último de la tierra ":: Consolidación y transnacionalización del rock cristiano argentino

The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the processes of consolidation and trans nationali zation of argentine c hristian rock. To address this goal, we will start the ethnographic and archival survey conducted in evangelical communities during the period 2008 - 2013 and will be taken to the theory of "art worlds" developed by Howard Becker (2008). Thus, we will analyze the evangelical rock as a social phenomenon by focusing on networks of production, distribution and consumption that enabled consolidation and territorial expansion

El propósito de este artículo es reflexionar sobre los procesos de consolidación y transnacionalización del rock cristiano argentino. Para abordar este objetivo, se partirá del relevamiento etnográfico y de archivo reali zado en comunidades evangélicas durante el período 2008 - 2013 y se tomará a la teoría de los "mundos del arte" desarrollada por Howard Becker (2008). De este modo, se analizará al rock evangélico como un fenómeno social haciendo foco en las redes de producc ión, distribución y consumo que habilitaron su consolidación y expansión territorial
