El presente trabajo analiza el protagonismo que debe asumir la política de protección de datos personales en este nuevo escenario de disrupción tecnológica en el ámbito de las relaciones laborales. Por tanto, este trabajo pretende poner en valor su correcta elaboración, gestión e implementación en la empresa. Así, se efectúa una puntualización más que oportuna sobre la concreción de los derechos digitales en esta política interna, la supervisión del ciclo de vida de la política por el delegado de protección de datos, la intervención de la negociación colectiva en la materia, así como la certificación en el cumplimiento normativo de la empresa como imagen de compromiso con los derechos de las personas trabajadoras
This paper analyzes the role that the personal data protection policy must assume in this new scenario of technological disruption in the field of labor relations. Therefore, this work aims to value its correct preparation, management and implementation in the company. Thus, a more than opportune point is made about the concretion of digital rights in this internal policy, the supervision of the life cycle of the policy by the data protection delegate, the intervention of collective bargaining in the matter, as well as the company's regulatory compliance certification as an image of commitment to the rights of workers
