Introduction: In the research the impact of the results obtained in the standardized tests in Colombia is analyzed: Saber Pro of the students of the Bachelor in Basic Education with emphasis in Mathematics, Humanities and Spanish Language, of the Faculty of Distance Studies of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia in 2019. Methodology: The data of these bases of the results of the tests of the program were downloaded, from the FTP-ICFES system and the numerical scores, the name of the career, the modality with virtual support of its students, of the degree were operated. In Basic Education. Results: The generic competences are observed that in the modules of English and writing have classification by levels of performance. All tests are classified in quintiles. The quintile corresponds to the group that results from dividing into five parts the total of the students of the reference group that presented each module. In the quintile I students with the lowest scores in the module are located and in the fifth quintile the proportion with the highest scores. Each quintile corresponds approximately 20% of the total evaluated in a module and in each reference group. (ICFES, 2012). It follows that the results of the students of the program, which are visible in the Saber Pro tests for the year 2012, strengthen their performance as future professionals in education
En la investigación se analiza el impacto de los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas estandarizadas en Colombia: Saber Pro de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Educación Básica con énfasis en Matemáticas, Humanidades y Lengua Castellana, de la Facultad de Estudios a Distancia de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia en el año 2019. Metodología: Se descargaron los datos de estas bases de los resultados de las pruebas del programa, desde el sistema FTP-ICFES y se operó con los puntajes numéricos, el nombre de la carrera, la modalidad con apoyo virtual de sus estudiantes, de la licenciatura en Educación Básica. Resultados: Las competencias genéricas se observan que en los módulos de inglés y escritura tienen clasificación por niveles de desempeño. Todas las pruebas están clasificadas en quintiles. El quintil corresponde al grupo que resulta de dividir en cinco partes el total de los estudiantes del grupo de referencia que presentó cada módulo. En el quintil I se ubican los estudiantes con los puntajes más bajos en el módulo y en el quintil V la proporción con los puntajes más altos. Cada quintil corresponde aproximadamente el 20% del total de evaluados en un módulo y en cada grupo de referencia. (ICFES, 2012)
