In this article, the objective is to analyze, from an anthropological approach, the way in which women linked to school-age girls and boys carried out practices linked to education and care in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic. The focus chosen for this reflection is the configuration of the space and, in particular, the experience related to the management of the houses. As we will advance in the article, if the events generated by the preventive provisions of the disease profoundly disrupted various dimensions of social life, the maintenance of "distance" schooling and child care implied the redefinition of times and spaces of daily life, as well as the intensification of tasks for families and, within them, for women. The analysis that follows recovers the interviews that I carried out from an ethnographic perspective between July 2020 and December 2021 with residents of the neighborhoods where I did fieldwork in the districts of Tigre, San Miguel and José C Paz, in the northwest of the Greater Buenos Aires
En este artículo el objetivo es analizar, desde un enfoque antropológico, el modo en que mujeres vinculadas a niñas y niños en edad escolar llevaron adelante prácticas ligadas a la educación y los cuidados en el contexto transitado de pandemia por COVID 19. El foco elegido para esta reflexión es la configuración del espacio y, en particular, la experiencia relativa a la gestión de las casas. Tal como avanzaremos en el artículo, si los acontecimientos generados por las disposiciones preventivas de la enfermedad trastocaron de manera honda diversas dimensiones de la vida social, el sostenimiento de la escolaridad "a distancia" y de los cuidados de las niñeces implicó la redefinición de tiempos y espacios de la vida diaria, así también la intensificación de las tareas para las familias y, dentro de ellas, para las mujeres. El análisis que sigue recupera las entrevistas que realicé desde la perspectiva etnográfica entre julio de 2020 y diciembre de 2021 a pobladoras residentes de los barrios en donde realizo trabajo de campo en los distritos de Tigre, San Miguel y José C Paz, en el noroeste del Gran Buenos Aires
